looking for good friend we left behind in New Orleans, as I had death in family up in Michigan. Jeffery Hughes stayed because he loved New Orleans. Jeffery is alittle different then most people and usual stays with someone or a group home of some kind. I worried so much about him after Katrina. Today I found his name and birthdate on this webpage. I'm so happy is alive but I must find him and see if he wants to stay with us again. I guess after Katrina they took him to Texas what City I do not know. Please Help Thankyou Rosie and Hayes(mom and dad)
